Common errors
No creators found.
The JSON file you uploaded is missing the subtitles data which provides information about the creator of each video you watched. This is a problem with Google's Takeout feature. Try exporting the file as a HTML and try again. If the problem persists, contact Google.
My recap is missing data from certain months.
The file you uploaded has missing data. This is a problem with Google's export feature. Try exporting your data again. If the problem persists, contact Google.
Upload timed out.
This means some other unknown error occured that I have not encountered while building the site. Feel free to send me an email with your JSON file and I can take a look.
